Alan Cleary - Managing Director, Precise Mortgages
As Managing Director of Precise Mortgages, Alan takes responsibility for their business and brand strategy along with PR, product, sales and marketing.

Alan has worked in the mortgage industry for over twenty years and held senior positions within a number of UK mortgage lenders. He is also a Director for the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association.

Bob Young - CEO, Fleet Mortgages
Bob is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fleet Mortgages, a new specialist mortgage lender operating in the Buy to Let market.

The core team at Fleet Mortgages have worked together for more than ten years having transformed their previous company from a small single product Lender into a key player in the Buy-to-Let and Specialist Home Loan sectors becoming a top twenty lender.

Bob was Managing Director of CHL mortgages for more than 10 years ago having operated as Sales and Marketing Director since 1997.

Bob's philosophy as a lender is very simple, 'any idiot can lend money badly and lose money - and lots of people do!'

He has been in Financial Services in a variety of roles spanning 40 years, and has experience as both an intermediary and as a lender.

Previously Bob has worked as a Senior Manager with Black Horse, Abbey National and as a Business Consultant with a variety of Blue Chip Financial Services providers on a range of topics from strategy, sales and marketing to operations.Bob is also a highly qualified trainer and has in previous careers run both 'in-house' and public sales and management training programmes.

Phil Rickards - Head of BM Solutions, BM Solutions
Phil's career in financial services spans 30 years to date, starting with the Commercial Bank of Wales as a junior clerk, moving to Pearl Assurance as an underwriter and then TSB in a variety of roles including claims management and marketing.

He joined Birmingham Midshires Building Society in 1993 as a financial adviser, before progressing through the ranks to eventually become Head of Sales. Today as Head of BM Solutions Phil has responsibility for the field-based and telephony business development teams, and ensuring the delivery of Lloyds Banking Group's buy-to -let commitment by working closely with Commercial, Policy, Fraud and Risk Teams.

He is Lloyds Banking Group's ambassador for the housing charity Shelter and a Director of IMLA.

Andy Reid - National Key Account & Relationship Manager, Interbay

Andy began working in the industry in 1984 as a trainee underwriter specialising in commercial and marine before taking a regional position in the residential mortgage market.Andy moved into the corporate sector, initially with Sun Alliance as a Senior Business Manager and retained his position through a merger to the newly formed Royal Sun Alliance, gaining more experience in handling large corporate accounts.

Andy joined InterBay as a BDM on March 1st 2007 and progressed to his current role within 12 months. His role is wide and diverse but the main responsibility is that of the distribution channel consisting of a panel of Key Partners throughout England and Wales. This also involves liaising with introducers / brokers and to manage relationships with the Partners ensuring that product education and a complete understanding of the sales process provides them with the tools they require to secure the required funding for their clients.

As a member of the Management Team at InterBay, Andy discusses and takes forward projects that will further enhance the service provided to its Partners.
