Industry Giants

Adrian Moloney – Sales Director (Kent Reliance and Interbay)
Since December 2015, Adrian has been Sales Director for OneSavings Bank plc, responsible for Sales and Distribution in the Kent Reliance, InterBay Commercial and Prestige Finance brands.
Adrian joined OneSavings Bank from Nationwide, where he was a senior member of the Corporate Account team, and was previously involved in the launch of the Nationwide For Intermediaries proposition. Adrian possesses 20 years of industry experience, including time at Mortgage Trust and Portman Building Society, and is a highly respected industry spokesperson and keynote speaker.

Andrew Fergusen – Head of Buy to Let (Axis Bank)
Andrew has gained significant mortgage sector experience during his 25 years in the industry. He joined Axis in November 2014 and was tasked with launching Axis within the Specialist Buy to Let market. The business launched in April 2015 with Andrew and his team being instrumental in defining and shaping all elements of the strategy and proposition. Prior to joining Axis, Andrew worked within the Specialist lending arena at Kent Reliance as Head of Sales & Distribution and was Head of Sales & Marketing at Cambridge Building Society which included leading the mortgage intermediary teams. His early career included 15 years within Lloyds Banking Group undertaking a variety of sales and product related roles.

Hans Geberbauer - CEO (Foundation Home Loans)
Hans Geberbauer has over 15 years of experience in the residential mortgage market in the UK and Europe. After qualifying as a solicitor with Allen & Overy’s securitisation practice in 1999, he went in-house as Chief Counsel and MD of GMAC ResCap in 2002, looking after ResCap’s non-US residential mortgage operations. In 2009, he became MD Strategic Operations with responsibility for the restructuring and sale of European operations.In 2010, he joined Fortress as Co-COO and was appointed as CEO of Paratus AMC in 2014. Following the successful launch of Foundation Home Loans in February 2015, Hans and his team are now working on some exciting new developments.

John Goodall - CEO (Landbay)
John Goodall is CEO and Co-Founder of specialist buy-to-let mortgage lender Landbay. John started his career with a major recruitment consultancy and subsequently co‐founded and managed a leading international financial services executive search business. After selling his stake in that business, he taught economics at a leading UK educational establishment. On completing his MBA (Distinction) John returned to the City to work within one of Europe’s leading equity brokerages before founding Landbay in 2013.
